Amr Fahed: Capturing Sorrow and Resilience Through Digital Art

Amr Fahed, born in Al-Suwayda, Syria in 1982, is a Syrian digital artist whose work powerfully confronts the realities of conflict and champions the unwavering spirit of Syrian children. Living primarily in Damascus, he’s gained international recognition for his poignant explorations of trauma and hope through meticulously crafted photographic manipulations and digital compositions. Fahed's artistic journey began with formal training at Damascus University’s Faculty of Fine Arts in 2007 where he honed his sculptural skills before transitioning to a medium that perfectly suited his vision: digital art.
