Studying dentistry at the University of Rome, La Sapienza – Italy's premier institution – provided him with an unparalleled grounding in anatomical understanding and surgical technique. Following specialist training at the University of Rome, Quaranta embarked on a distinguished clinical practice focused on periodontal disease treatment. He honed his skills further during postgraduate studies at the University of Western Australia’s School of Dentistry in Perth.

He is a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the International College of Dentists, and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (Periodontics), demonstrating unwavering commitment to advancing oral healthcare.
