“The Procession, Seville” captures a vibrant yet fragmented scene depicting a religious procession in Seville, Spain. Picabia, deeply influenced by the burgeoning Cubist movement, deconstructs the traditional representation of a crowd into a dynamic interplay of geometric shapes and planes.
